Stipend 2024-25 – Corrigendum
Corrigendum – NOC from DHTE/SJETA have been wave-off. No Need to submit/apply: This issue with the approval of competent authority.
To apply for medical or paramedical stipends through the Directorate of Medical Education, Training & Research (DME), please follow these steps:
1. Download the Stipend Application Form:
- Visit the DME’s official website: www.dmetrap.in.
- Locate and download the stipend application form.
2. Complete the Application Form:
- Fill out all required sections accurately and get the form countersigned by your institute.
- Ensure you have all necessary supporting documents as specified in the form.
3. Submit the Application:
- Submit the completed form and required documents in person to the P&D Section of the DME Office.
- Note: Only hard copy submissions are accepted; email submissions will not be entertained.
4. Enclosure of Documents:
- Filled-up application form.
- Aadhaar Card (copy).
- Bank Passbook (copy).
- Bonafide Certificate from the institute / Admit Card / Admission Slip.
- ST Certificate of Arunachal Pradesh.
5. Bank Account Requirement: Indian Overseas Bank / SBI to facilitate stipend transactions.

- Submission & Verification Deadline: December 31, 2024
- Stipend Processing Period: January 15 to January 25, 2025
